Country Potatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed) or 7 -8 potatoes, cooked skinned and grated
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix everything except the cornflakes in 3 tbs melted butter.
- place in buttered 9x13 pan.
- Top with cornflakes tossed in 3 tbs mellted butter.
- Bake 45 to 60 minute.
