Raspberry and Passionfruit Swirls
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 passion fruit
- 1 23 cups low-fat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Mash raspberries in a small bowl with a fork until the juice runs.
- Scoop out the passion fruit pulp into a seperate bowl with the cream cheese and sugar and combine thoroughly.
- Spoon alternating spoonfuls of the raspberry pulp and the cream cheese mixture into stemmed glasses or one large serving dish, stirring lightly to create a swirled effect.
- Decorate each dessert eith a whole raspberry and a mint sprig.
- Serve chilled.
