Triple Peppered Beef Sandwich
- Triple Pepper Slaw
- 3-1/2 cups red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 3-1/2 cups green peppers, cut into thin strips
- 3-1/2 cups yellow peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
- 3 cups KRAFT Signature Tangy Tomato Bacon Dressing
- Sandwich Ingredients
- 48 rolls onion sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 3 cups KRAFT Signature Tangy Tomato Bacon Dressing
- 48 each leaf lettuce
- - roast beef, shaved
- For Triple Pepper Slaw: Toss all ingredients until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Brush each cut side of roll with 1 Tbsp.

- Place 1 lettuce leaf, 3 oz.
