Chicken With Rice and Fruit Salad

  1. Whisk together oil and vinegar.
  2. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and toss until well mixed.
  3. Add dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
