Ravioli Salad

  1. Prepare ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine ravioli, onion, bell peppers, tomato, oil and vinegar, Parmesan, basil, oregano and thyme.
  4. Toss lightly.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. For best flavor, prepare a day in advance and refrigerate.
