Healthy Chicken Teriyaki (with no oil added)
- 1 Chicken thigh meat (skin removed)
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tbsp * Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp * Mirin
- 1 tsp * Sugar
- Take the fat off the skinless chicken thigh, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely julienne or grate the ginger.
- Put the chicken in a non-stick frying pan and cook over high heat.
- When the chicken changes color, turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Push the chicken to one side of the frying pan.
- Add the ginger to the empty part of the frying pan.
- Add the * ingredients and simmer until bubbly to make the sauce.
- Mix the chicken with the teriyaki sauce.
- Cook over high heat until there's no excess moisture in the pan and the chicken is shiny.
- Serve with mizuna greens or lettuce.
