Apricot BBQ Chicken Kabobs

  1. MIX barbecue sauce, preserves, lime juice and brown sugar.
  2. PLACE chicken on skewers.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture over chicken; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Drain; discard barbecue sauce mixture.
  6. HEAT grill.
  7. PLACE chicken on greased grill over medium coals.
  8. GRILL until chicken is cooked through, brushing frequently with remaining barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally.
  9. Heat any remaining sauce; serve with chicken.
