Cranberry-Apple Salad

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Add cold water to juice to make 2 cups; pour into medium saucepan.
  3. Stir in cranberries and sugar.
  4. Bring to boil; cook 2 to 3 min.
  5. or until cranberries begin to pop.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 min.
  8. until completely dissolved.
  9. Add pineapple, apples and nuts; mix well.
  10. Pour into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  12. Serve on lettuce leaves.
