Vegan chocolate chunk brownies recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
  2. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the soya milk and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla to soya milk mixture; stir well.
  7. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  8. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  9. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
