Veggie Sausage Pasta

  1. In large pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in large, deep, nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sausage and cook until browned, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, corn, tomatoes, broth and fennel and heat through, about 6 minutes.
  5. Drain pasta; place in large serving bowl.
  6. Add sausage mixture and toss to blend.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
