Rainbow Trout with Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

  1. Marinate trout.
  2. Meanwhile, break garlic bulb into cloves, leaving skins intact.
  3. Place on cookie sheet in 350F (180C).
  4. degree oven for about 15 minutes, until tender.
  5. Remove skins and mash garlic with fork: blend with mayonnaise ingredients.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Cook trout.
  8. Serve immediately with mayonnaise.
