Marinated A.1. Steak with Chipotle Cream Sauce

  1. Pour 1/4 cup of the steak sauce into resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add steak; seal bag.
  3. Turn bag to evenly coat steak.
  4. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight to marinate.
  5. Meanwhile, mix remaining 1/4 cup steak sauce, sour cream and chipotle pepper until well blended; cover.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  8. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
  9. Grill steak 16 to 18 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
  10. Remove from grill; cut into bite-sized pieces.
  11. Fill tostada shells with steak, lettuce, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.
  12. Serve topped with the sour cream mixture.
