Italian Style Vegetable Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except thawed vegetables, salt, pepper and stuffing mix in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, adding vegetables during the last 20 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing mix into each soup bowl; ladle soup over.
