Miso Flavoured Spring Cabbage and Mushrooms

  1. Cut all the ingredients into bite sized pieces.
  2. Combine the * ingredients.
  3. Fry the pork with sesame oil.
  4. Once the meat cooks, add the shimeji mushrooms.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. After a quick stir fry, add the * ingredients.
  7. Turn up the heat to high and stir.
  8. Add the cabbage and fry quickly.
  9. Done!
  10. I used liquid miso because it is easy to mix.
  11. If you use normal miso, add dashi stock to loosen.
