Won Tons
- 12 lb pork or 12 lb ground turkey
- 12 lb chicken
- 4 large mushrooms
- 8 water chestnuts
- 2 green onions
- 2 small eggs
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- wonton wrapper
- Chop ingredients quite fine and mix together.
- Reserve a couple teaspoons of egg to seal won ton skins.
- Drop about a teaspoon of mixture on skin and fold skin.
- Add to soup, steam, or deep fry.
