Easy Chili Casserole
- 3 cans (15 oz. each) chili
- 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (11 oz.) corn, undrained
- 8 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cook chili, tomatoes and corn in saucepan on medium-high heat 15 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Pour half into 3-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with Singles and remaining chili mixture.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended; drop by spoonfuls over chili mixture.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- until chili mixture is hot and bubbly, and toothpick inserted in cornbread topping comes out clean.
