Vegetarian Cabbage Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, vegetable protein, rice, and garlic.
  3. Saute until onion is soft.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Add all other ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes until rice is done and cabbage is tender.
