spicy chicken burgers
- 700 grams chicken mince
- 1 1 inch fresh ginger
- 6 clove fresh garlic
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch fresh coriander chopped
- 4 fresh green chillies or to your taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp salt or to your taste
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil for frying
- 8 burger buns
- add the chicken mince to a large mixing bowl
- blend or finally chop the ginger, garlic, chillies, onions then add to the chicken mince
- then add the chopped coriander, salt, ground black pepper, garam spices and the egg to the chicken mince and mix thoroughly.
- cover the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- after 2 hours heat a frying pan to medium high and add the oil
- take tennis balls size if the chicken mince and shape into patties should make about 8 patties
- fry the patties in batches for about 4 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked
- place the cooked chicken patties onto kitchen tissue to drain of excess oil
- now add the chicken patties into burger buns and add any salad and sauce to your liking and enjoy :-)
