Shrimp and Grits

  1. Melt butter in pan and veggies.
  2. Cook until tender.
  3. Add sausage and shrimp.
  4. Season with garlic and onion powder, and, Cajun seasoning.
  5. While the shrimps are cooking mix 1/4 cup water and flour.
  6. Once the the shrimp are pick ads flour mixture.
  7. Allow juices to thicken.
  8. Cook grits.
  9. Use 2 cups of water and 2 cups milk.
  10. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  11. Once cooked add 4 tbsp of butter and 1/2 cup of Italian blend cheese.
  12. Plate grits and spoon over shrimp mixture
