Pad Tang, stir fry pork with cucumber
- 150 grams of sliced pork
- 1 slice of half cucumber
- 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
- 1 tsp of fermented soy bean or without
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 2 tsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of pork stock powder
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of oil
- In the heating pan add oil garlic fry till brown add pork fry till cook ,beat in egg keep stirring till the egg cook.
- Add cucumber and fermented soy bean string then add oyster sauce
- Add fish sauce, sugar, peppers and soy sauce stirring till cucumber get soft served with rice
