Sirloin Steak with Mustard and Cream Dressing

  1. Before cooking, using a sharp knife, nick the outer rim of fat in several places to prevent curling.
  2. Brush steak with oil and spread with the first measure of mustard.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. Brown meat quickly on both sides.
  6. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake at 200 degs.C.
