Spicy Chipotle White Bean Dip
- 15 oz cannellini beans
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 Chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine cannellini beans, chipotle peppers, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and chili powder.
- With the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.
- Serve with pita chips, veggies, breads, crackers or tortilla chips.
- This stuff is great on so many things!
