Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
- 3-1/3 cups red wine vinegar
- 2-1/2 cups honey
- 1-1/4 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2/3 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2-1/2 qt. extra virgin olive oil
- - salt
- - pepper
- Mix vinegar, honey, mustard and onions until well blended.
- Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Stir before serving.
