Hot Crab Dip

  1. Saute zucchini with butter and garlic until all the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Slowly add flour, stirring constantly.
  3. Add milk and parmesan cheese and cook until its thick, still stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and add crabmeat, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well to break up the crabmeat.
