Seasoned Pretzels
- 1 bottle Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper (Spice Supreme Is What I Use)
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (the Dressing Kind)
- 2 bags Pretzel Twists (1# Each)
- 1) Combine the first three ingredients in bowl large enough for a bag of pretzels.
- 2)Add pretzels and mix well.
- Let pretzels sit for 5-10 minutes.
- 3) Mix the pretzels again and let sit for another 10 minutes.
- 4) Drain pretzels in a colander placed over a large pan to catch oil mixture.
- I usually let them drain for another 10 minutes.
- 5) Transfer the pretzels into a gallon sized zip-lock bag.
- 6) Poor the oil mixture back into the large bowl
- 7) repeat steps 1-5 with second bag of pretzels.
- ****These freeze well too****
