Seasoned Pretzels

  1. 1) Combine the first three ingredients in bowl large enough for a bag of pretzels.
  2. 2)Add pretzels and mix well.
  3. Let pretzels sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. 3) Mix the pretzels again and let sit for another 10 minutes.
  5. 4) Drain pretzels in a colander placed over a large pan to catch oil mixture.
  6. I usually let them drain for another 10 minutes.
  7. 5) Transfer the pretzels into a gallon sized zip-lock bag.
  8. 6) Poor the oil mixture back into the large bowl
  9. 7) repeat steps 1-5 with second bag of pretzels.
  10. ****These freeze well too****
