Quick Cheeseburger Rice
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 4 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 12 cups chopped tomatoes
- Brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.
- Stir in water, ketchup, mustard and salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in uncooked rice; cover.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- Let stand for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve with the lettuce, relish, tomatoes and whatever else you like on your cheeseburger.
