Grilled Fruit Salad
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1 mango, peeled, cut into large wedges
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into large wedges
- 1 fresh peach, cut into large wedges
- 2 tsp. oil
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine yogurt, nuts, coconut, honey and mint in small bowl.
- Brush fruit lightly with oil.
- Grill 4 min.
- on each side or until fruit is tender and lightly browned.
- Serve fruit as dippers with the sauce.
