Super Easy Rich Kabocha Pudding Cake with Pancake Mix
- 300 ml Milk
- 150 grams Cooked kabocha
- 80 grams Sugar
- 50 grams Pancake mix
- 50 grams Margarine
- 2 Eggs
- Prep1 Preheat the oven to 355F/180C.
- 2 Coat the mold with oil and sprinkle flour or line with parchment paper.
- Combine all the ingredients with a electric mixer or a food processor.
- Pour the batter into the mold.
- Bake in the oven for 45~50 minutes.
- Chill in the refrigerator well and enjoy.
- This is cooked in a rice cooker.
- Run the rice cooker twice.
- It's nicely done.
