Super Easy Rich Kabocha Pudding Cake with Pancake Mix

  1. Prep1 Preheat the oven to 355F/180C.
  2. 2 Coat the mold with oil and sprinkle flour or line with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all the ingredients with a electric mixer or a food processor.
  4. Pour the batter into the mold.
  5. Bake in the oven for 45~50 minutes.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator well and enjoy.
  7. This is cooked in a rice cooker.
  8. Run the rice cooker twice.
  9. It's nicely done.
