Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Add milk to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon; mix lightly.
  4. Shape into 10x6-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with bacon, placing slices lengthwise over top of loaf and overlapping slices as needed to completely cover top of meatloaf.
  6. Bake 55 min.
  7. to 1 hour or until done (165 degrees F).
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. before removing from dish and slicing to serve.
