Jiggly Pudding
- 3 medium Egg
- 50 grams Sugar
- 500 ml Milk (4.4% milkfat)
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- 1 Caramel syrup
- Beat the eggs trying not to incorporate much air.
- Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla essence and mix together.
- Strain twice through a strainer and pour into containers.
- Steam in a hot water steamer on medium heat for 13 minutes.
- Let cool at room temperature.
- When cooled, put into the refrigerator to chill.
- Top with caramel sauceand enjoy!
