Jiggly Pudding

  1. Beat the eggs trying not to incorporate much air.
  2. Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla essence and mix together.
  3. Strain twice through a strainer and pour into containers.
  4. Steam in a hot water steamer on medium heat for 13 minutes.
  5. Let cool at room temperature.
  6. When cooled, put into the refrigerator to chill.
  7. Top with caramel sauceand enjoy!
