Masala Chai Butternut Squash
- 2 lbs butternut squash
- 1 12 cups chai tea (brand Silver Leaf Tea's Masala Chai Tea)
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut squash into 2 halves.
- Remove strings and seeds.
- Place Squash cut side down in baking dish.
- Add warm SLT Masala Chai Tea to baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until fork penetrates smoothly
- Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.
- Remove squash from skin.
- Mash squash.
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg (optional).
- Enjoy.
