Bunya Caulda Recipe
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 6-7 cloves of carlic
- 1 small tin of ancholvies
- Melt butter using low heat
- Using garlic press, mash garlic into melted butter
- Add anchoives to butter/garlic mix and saute' for 15 minutes.
- Add to mixture heavy whipping cream and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
- Serve warm
