San Francisco Stroganoff
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Beef Flavored Cube
- 1-1/3 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 3 cups hot cooked noodles
- Mix first 4 ingredient just until blended; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat hot in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add meatballs; cook until evenly browned, turning occasionally.
- Add onions; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
- Whisk dressing and flour in medium bowl until blended.
- Gradually stir in beef broth; pour over meatballs.
- Cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles.
