Best Pork BBQ Ever!
- 2 pounds Pork Loin, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces
- 2 pounds Pork Shoulder, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces
- 1 teaspoon Each, Salt And Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Large Yellow Onions, Cut Into Strips
- 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Cider Vinegar
- 1 jar 24 Ounce Jar, Southwest Thick & Smoky BBQ Sauce
- 1 pound Dry Spaghetti Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon Salt, To Mix With Pasta Cooking Water
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Butter

- Preheat your oven to 3500F.
- 2.
- Sprinkle the pork pieces with salt and pepper.
- 3.
- Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat and brown the pork pieces well, stirring to brown all sides.
- 4.
- Evenly distribute the onions over the meat.
- Top with the brown sugar and pour the cider vinegar over the whole thing.
- Place in the oven for about 2 hours, or until the meat is very tender.

- Remove the top of the Dutch oven.
- Stir in the BBQ sauce and bake uncovered for ten minutes.

- While the BBQ sauce is warming, in a large saucepan, heat 4 quarts water and 1 tablespoon salt over high heat.
- When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and cook them for about 7 minutes or until tender.
- Drain.
- Mix with the butter.

- Serve in a large bowl with the pork on top of the noodles.

- This recipe also works great in a pressure cooker.
- If you have a browning function, use it and then cook the pork for 50 minutes under high pressure.
- Release the pressure; stir in the BBQ sauce and cook under low pressure for another 5 minutes.
- This cuts your time in half!

- This recipe serves 4 to 6, but you had better plan on four because I assure you that everyone will want seconds!
