Pasta Fagioli With Sausage

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Crumble sausage into saucepan; cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
  4. Add dissolved bouillon, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to boiling over high heat.
  6. Stir in pasta.
  7. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, 10 to 11 minutes.
  8. Stir in beans; cook until beans are heated through, about 1 minute.
  9. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
