Easy Ground Turkey Chili (And Good)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 (4 ounce) canof chopped green chilies
- 1 (16 ounce) canmild chili beans (I use Bush's mild chili beans)
- 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 2 (14 ounce) cans reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (per serving optional)
- 1.
- Spray a large saucepan w/ cooking spay, and add turkey, onions and garlic, cook til turkey is done.
- 2.
- Drain pinto and northern beans, don't rinse.
- Add along w/ the rest of the ingredients to the pan, except Sour cream.
- 3.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Dish out and serve w/ a good size dollup of sour cream on the top.
- I mix the sour cream into mine before I eat it, it's so Creamy and good.YUMMM!
- I put that it serves 10 but in my household it really only serves 6, because I have a husband and two teenage boys who LOVE it, so they eat more than one helping.
