Fruit Filled Crepe
- 2-1/4 qt. Blueberry pie filling
- 1 loaf PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 40 each Prepared crepes (7 inch)
- Mix pie filling, cream cheese and milk in saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of the fruit filling down center of each crepe.
- Roll up and serve.
