Double-Fruit Parfaits

  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough cold water to ice to measure 3/4 cup; stir into jelly until ice is completely melted.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup jelly into small bowl.
  5. Add Cool Whip; stir with whisk until well blended.
  6. Refrigerate remaining jelly 5 min.
  7. or until thickened.
  8. Stir in 3/4 cup raspberries and 2 Tbsp.
  9. blueberries.
  10. Layer biscuit crumbs, fruited jelly mixture and Cool Whip mixture alternately in 4 parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
  11. Top with remaining fruit.
  12. Refrigerate 30 min.
