Chicken, Rice And Broccoli Bake Recipe
- 1 pound broccoli (steamed, ready to eat)
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 (10.5 ounce.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken pcs, cooked
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (optional)
- Butter bottom of a 2 qt casserole dish.
- Layer stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, rice then soup after each layer.
- Repeat till all ingredients are used ending with a layer of stuffing on top.
