Poached Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Season the salmon with lemon pepper and place it into a small casserole dish.
  3. Pour enough chicken broth into the dish to about half the height of the salmon steak.
  4. Place a sprig of dill on either side of the steak.
  5. Bake salmon for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon, if desired.
