Poached Salmon
- 1/2 pounds Salmon Steak
- 3 dashes Lemon Pepper
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- 2 sprigs Fresh Dill
- 1 slice Lemon, Optional
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Season the salmon with lemon pepper and place it into a small casserole dish.
- Pour enough chicken broth into the dish to about half the height of the salmon steak.
- Place a sprig of dill on either side of the steak.
- Bake salmon for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon, if desired.
