Potato Scones

  1. Sift dry ingredients together cut in margarine/butter.
  2. Blend in potatoes and watercress.
  3. Beat egg with buttermilk and add to mixture.
  4. Rll out dough 1/2 inch thick, using enough extra flour to keep it from sticking.
  5. Cut in triangles.
  6. Bake at 400F for minutes.
