Grandma Erickson's Filled Cookies Recipe

• 3 c. flour
• 1 rounded tbsp. cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 sticks butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. vanilla

1. Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt 3 times.
2. Add in butter, mix like pie crust.
3. In another bowl, whip Large eggs real well, add in sugar and vanilla.
4. Mix with flour and let cold before rolling.
