Best GF Lorraine Quiche (aka. Kale, Ham, & Cheese)

  1. Chop scallions, ham, and kale, then combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Scoop the ingredients into a muffin tray and sprinkle as much cheese as desired on top of each.
  3. Bake at 350AF for 18 - 20 minutes.
