Best GF Lorraine Quiche (aka. Kale, Ham, & Cheese)
- 2 kale
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 2 tbsp dried onions
- 1 3/4 cup rice
- 3 egg whites (free range, organic)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 slice honey ham
- Chop scallions, ham, and kale, then combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop the ingredients into a muffin tray and sprinkle as much cheese as desired on top of each.
- Bake at 350AF for 18 - 20 minutes.
