Fast Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat over to 250.
  2. Heat condensed milk on the stove.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Once milk is warm add to the dry ingredients.
  5. Press into a 9X13 pan and bake for 1 hour.
