Spiced Banana, Fruit & Nut Bread (No White Sugar Added)

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F. Coat the bottom of a loaf pan or 2 muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mash the bananas.
  4. Whisk the egg, egg white, oil, milk, and vanilla extract together with the bananas.
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until moistened.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and cool completely.
