Tortellini with Spinach-Gorgonzola
- 1 package Tortellini (cheese-filled)
- 1 package Spinach, Chopped And Frozen
- 6 ounces, weight Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Salt And Pepper
- 1.
- Cook the cheese tortellini.
- 2.
- Heat the spinach until melted.
- 3.
- Cut the gorgonzola and add to the spinach.
- Let simmer on low heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- 4.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- (Note: Gorgonzola is already kinda salty, so be careful with the salt.)
- 5.
- Serve the tortellini with sauce and enjoy!
