Barbecue Spare Rib Recipe
- 2 to 3 lbs. spare ribs
- 2 tbsp. honey + 1 tbsp. water
- Brown 1 clove garlic with 2 tbsp.
- oil (medium).
- Put in the following: Combine all of these in one bowl: 2 tbsp.
- grnd bean sauce 2 tbsp.
- oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
- hoisin sauce 8 tbsp.
- sugar 1 teaspoon cooking wine 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

- After marinade is cooked, spread on two sides of spare ribs.
- Let stand in room temperature for at least 2 hrs.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3.
- Put spareribs on a rack in a broiler pan.
- Brown one side for 20 min.
- Turn to another side.
- Roast for 15 more min.
- 4.
- Remove spare ribs from oven.
- Brush on some honey water.
- Put it back to oven for a few more min.
- 5.
- Cut up spare ribs and serve.
