Cool and Creamy Spinach Dip
- 1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
- 10 ounces frozen spinach (chopped, thawed, and squeezed dry)
- 8 ounces nonfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated) or 1 tablespoon romano cheese (grated) or 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon light ranch salad dressing
- 14 teaspoon dill weed
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- assorted fresh vegetable
- In a food processor, cover and process cottage cheese until smooth.
- Transfer to a small bowl and stir in spinach, sour cream, milk, Parmesan-Romano cheese, ranch dressing, dill, and garlic powder.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve with assorted vegetables.
