LG SPICE DUSTED CHICKEN
- 500 grams chicken cut in chunk
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 star anise toasted
- 1 tsp cumon seeds toasted
- 1 tsp whole clove toasted
- 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp toasted spice
- ground spice then set aside 1 tsp for garnish
- with 1 tbsp olive oil rub on chicken then rub spice and salt on chicken
- in pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil sear chicken skin side down till brown and crispy turn over then off heat
- put chicken on preheated oven of 220C and bake chicken for another 20 to 30 minute till chicken cooked
- rest chicken for 5 minute then springkle 1 tbsp of balance grounded spice on chicken and serve AS IT IS
- melt butter then off heat add toasted spice then pour on chicken and serve
