LG SPICE DUSTED CHICKEN

  1. ground spice then set aside 1 tsp for garnish
  2. with 1 tbsp olive oil rub on chicken then rub spice and salt on chicken
  3. in pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil sear chicken skin side down till brown and crispy turn over then off heat
  4. put chicken on preheated oven of 220C and bake chicken for another 20 to 30 minute till chicken cooked
  5. rest chicken for 5 minute then springkle 1 tbsp of balance grounded spice on chicken and serve AS IT IS
  6. melt butter then off heat add toasted spice then pour on chicken and serve
