Sausage and mashed potatoes

• 3 cup mashed potatoes, leftovers
• 1/4 lb smoked sausage

1. Chop your sausage into medallions.
2. Heat a pan add to pan
3. When the sausages are cooked add potatoes.
4. Fry in sausage juices.
5. Get color on them heat through
6. Serve hope you enjoy!
